JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A unique work of public art was unveiled at the Jackson Convention Complex Tuesday morning called "Kinetic Vapor."
The artwork depicts an image of water vapor that is created out of reflected natural light and color-shifting LEDs on aluminum wall panels.
It spans a 100-foot by nearly 10-foot section of the mezzanine wall overlooking the east lobby of the complex.
The high tech art piece takes on new appearances when seen from different viewing points as the light conditions change throughout the day.
After sunset programmed LEDs will create an impressive night time signature to the convention complex.
