Man Gets 40 years for armed robbery

MEADVILLE, Miss. (AP) - A Natchez man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison on armed robbery charges in a December holdup of the Roxie branch of the Bank of Franklin.

Franklin County Sheriff James Newman tells the Enterprise-Journal that Donald J. Wilson was convicted Wednesday in circuit court.

Wilson was arrested in January.

Newman says two other people are still being sought in the holdup.
