Man murdered in Brookhaven

BROOKHAVEN, MS (WLBT) - One man is dead and another behind bars following a shooting in Brookhaven.

The shooting happened around 8:00 Monday morning at an apartment complex on Williams Street.

The victim -- Dominique Richardson, 27 -- was shot multiple times and died.

Police have arrested Robert Wilcher, 21.

Officers tell us the men had an ongoing dispute, but no other details were made available.
