Battlefield Park shooting suspect in court

No bond has been set for the man charged with murder in an attack at Battlefield Park.

David Summeral, 29, appeared before a judge Monday morning in Jackson. U.S. Marshals arrested Summeral last week.

He's accused of fatally shooting Antwan Carr during an Independence Day gathering at the Jackson park.
