Child Predator Accusations Simple Misunderstanding - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS
MADISON, MS (WLBT) - Madison Police announced Tuesday a suspicious person approaching some children was just a simple misunderstanding and not a child predator.
Three children were walking in the Whisper Lake section of Annandale on Saturday when they say they were questioned by a man. The children told their parents about the incident who reported it to police.
Since then, Madison Police have spoken with a resident of Whisper Lake who admitted he had talked with the kids about the pool being open.
Authorities decided what took place was not a criminal act, but a misunderstanding.
