Another arrest in 2 month old Hinds County murder

HINDS COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Hinds County Sheriff's deputies made another arrest in a two month old murder case. Thirty-three-year old Christopher Smith of Bolton has been charged as an accessory to murder. He is being held at the Hinds County Detention Center.

Brothers James Atkinson and Lipatrick Atkinson of Bolton have already been charged in connection with the murder. The charges stem from the August 2nd shooting death of 23-year old Robert Hill of Bolton. Hill's body was found on Billy Fields Road in rural western Hinds County. No bond has been set. Robbery was believed to be the motive.

Deputies are not ruling out the possibility of additional arrests.
