JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The man accused of shooting his girlfriend in the head in June was indicted Monday by a Hinds County grand jury.
Charles Kuebler, 26, is charged with murdering Tamara Stuckey, 28, at an apartment complex in the Belhaven Heights area of northeast Jackson.
The night of his arrest, Kuebler's behavior was very bizarre.
WLBT's cameras captured him Kuebler obscenities while handcuffed in the back of a police car.
Kuebler was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol treatment program.
The victim had been warned just days before her death to break off her troubled relationship with Kuebler.
