
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Volunteers from across the capital city joined forces Thursday to participate in the a massive Make a Difference Day cleanup effort.
The idea behind the project is to unite the various organizations, governmental departments, and citizens with the common goal of making a positive impact on our community.
This year's beautification project focused on Livingston Park at the Jackson Zoo.
Make a Difference Day is the largest national day of community service.
