One dead, two injured in Attala County wreck

ATTALA COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - One person was killed and two were injured in a one car wreck in Attala County Saturday. It happened just after noon on Highway 14, three miles east of Goodman. According to Attala County Fire officials, two adults and a child were thrown from the vehicle.

One man was pronounced dead on the scene. Another adult and a child were airlifted to University Medical Center in Jackson. Emergency responders do not believe the occupants were wearing seat belts.
