Suspected robber in custody

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A man wanted in connection to a series of robberies in the Woodrow Wilson and Bailey Avenue area is in custody.

Twenty-eight year-old Michael Brown of Jackson was arrested by the U.S. Marshall's fugitive task force Friday. He is currently charged with armed robbery of a business and armed robbery of an individual.

Brown has an arrest history which includes a felony conviction for armed robbery Jackson Police say additional arrests are expected.
