JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Jackson police have issued an arrest warrant for a second suspect in relation to the kidnapping of a Belhaven student.
Carlos White is wanted in connection with using the victim's credit card.
On November 3rd, four men followed a 22-year-old female student to her car off campus.
They forced her to drive to an ATM while they followed in another car.
She crashed her car into another vehicle on purpose and escaped.
Two men were later captured on surveillance video using the woman's credit card at Metrocenter Mall.
16-year-old Jeffrey Wilson has already been arrested and charged with kidnapping and armed robbery.
