MISSISSIPPI (WLBT) According to a new report, Mississippi motorists spend more than twice as much of their earnings on gas!
According to the Clarion-Ledger, the report, which was released by the Natural Resources Defense Council, analyzes the impact of oil prices on people as well as suggests policies to deal with oil use.
The report shows that Mississippi residents were the most vulnerable to gasoline usage and prices.
It also looks at states striving to reduce their oil dependence. Mississippi landed in the list of the ten states doing the least.
