CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Accused Cleveland Strangler, Anthony Sowell will be in court Tuesday for another hearing.

Defense attorneys are forcing East Cleveland Schools to explain why they do not have Sowell's records from thirty years ago.

According to the school, there were two different record keeping companies during that time and some of the records have been lost for good.

Anthony Sowell is accused of murdering eleven African American women by strangulation.

All eleven bodies were discovered on his Imperial Avenue property in October and November of 2009.
