Missing Meadville man found

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A silver alert has been canceled and a missing 89-year-old Meadeville man has been found. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety says Jack Nixon was found in Florida early this morning.

Nixon had been missing since 4 p-m Sunday. Investigators were able to track Nixon through his credit card transactions.

Nixon's family is enroute to Florida to pick him up.
