JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Jackson Police were investigating a homicide that happened around 8:30 Tuesday night.
Authorities tell WLBT an unidentified male was followed as he left the Stop and Save convenience store on Lynch Street.
A gunman fired several times into the 24 year old man's vehicle striking him multiple times.
His vehicle crashed into a pole at Hattiesburg Street.
American Medical Response pronounced the victim dead on the scene around 9:00 PM.
The shooter is still at large. Police gave no description.
