Police search for shooting suspect

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Jackson Police are searching for a shooting suspect Friday night.

Twenty- year old Jerry Course is wanted for aggravated assault of an individual.

On December third course and 27 year-old Aaron Griffin apparently got into a verbal altercation near the intersection of Rose Street and Central Street.

Authorities say course shot Griffin in the leg. He was treated at UMC and released. Course is considered armed and dangerous.

If you have any information on his whereabouts call Jackson Police.
