Pizza delivery man carjacked at gunpoint

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A pizza delivery man was carjacked at gunpoint and robbed while at a north Jackson apartment complex. 

Jackson Police Officer Colendula Green said the armed robbery happened at the Northside Apartments at 365 Northside Drive around 10:15 Saturday night.

The Pizza Hut delivery man told police he met a man in front of Building 13 who told him he did not have enough money to pay for the pizza. 

The delivery driver then said he saw a man in a black ski mask, with white shirt and black pants walk from behind the building.

The robber then reportedly placed a gun to his head and demanded his car keys, money and cell phone. 

Police are searching for the missing vehicle.

It is a blue Ford Crown Victoria with license plate number HSP 288.
