Freezing temperatures cause water main breaks - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Fifteen water main breaks have been reported in the city of Jackson since Monday afternoon following overnight freezing temperatures. One of the latest is A break that happened around lunch time at West & George Streets.
The break is across the street from Greenwood Cemetery.
In January of this year, when temperatures dropped below freezing, the city had more than 100 breaks that shut down the city for almost a week.
