1-8-10 lb bone-in ham

1 package (17 oz.) Tony Chachere's Praline Honey Ham Injectable Marinade

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup pecans, chopped pineapple rings cherries

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place ham in baking pan. Inject ham with marinade, using 1 ½ oz per pound of meat. Score the top of the ham about ¾ inch deep. Pour remainder of marinade over ham. Mix sugar and pecans. Rub on outside and top of ham. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Serves 15-20.
