JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Overweight at over 400 pounds, out of work and facing major health problems now the biggest loser only applies to the scales. It has been a whirlwind week for 28 year old Patrick House.

The winner of NBC's "The Biggest Loser",  is back in Mississippi. House is a Brandon native and now lives in Vicksburg. He arrived at the Jackson Evers International Airport to hugs, balloons, friends and family waiting to congratulate him and welcome him back home. Patrick appeared on this season of "The Biggest Loser" which airs here on WLBT, but says he worked for about six months to lose almost 200 pounds. He has a new job in South Carolina working with overweight teenagers. We talked with him about his future plans.

"I'm gonna be going around the country doing motivational speaking and also speaking about Mindstream Academy getting the word out about the program there and we're aiming to help kids. There could be a book you know. Who knows at this point, anything is possible for me in the future. 2011 is gonna be a great year for me and my family and I'm really looking forward to seeing just what the future holds for us," said House.

Patrick lost his job in January and says he was borrowing money from his parents and in-laws. In addition to claiming the title of "Biggest Loser" he also won 250 thousand dollars and a car.
