HINDS COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Terry Police arrested a man who may be responsible for a string of home invasions in Hinds County.
Around 4:00 Monday afternoon, 21-year-old Dameon Montral Luckett of Jackson was taken into custody on Highway-18 near Midway Road.
Luckett was driving a silver Saturn that had been spotted leaving the scene of a home invasion over the weekend in the Cedarstone Subdivision.
Terry Police Chief Juan Gray says a teenager saw the car at the scene and took a picture of it.
Officers used that picture to find Luckett Monday.
He is charged with three counts of home invasion and possession of a stolen vehicle.
Gray says Luckett could be responsible for as many as four recent home invasions in the terry area.
