
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Customers using a Bancorp South debit card may want to double check their account balances.
The bank posted a message to online customers Tuesday about signature debit card transactions made Friday, double posting to their accounts.
Bank officials call the issue a internal processing error.
They say they are working to correct the problem.
According to a statement issued by the bank, they plan to refund the money, and any charges or fees associated with the duplicate transactions.
