
Heat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread a layer of hash browns in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a sauté pan and cook mushrooms, onions, and garlic until wilted. Place the vegetable mixture on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle cooked pork sausage over the vegetable mixture.
Whisk eggs, milk and salt and pepper together until well blended. Pour over casserole and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until set in the center and cheese is melted.
