BILOXI, Miss. (WLBT) - Charges against a television personality could be dropped.
Gary Collins was arrested Jan. 4 in Biloxi for leaving Jazzeppi's Restaurant without paying for his meal.
Collins and the restaurant owners have spoken and he paid the $59 bill.
Jazzeppi's attorney says the felony case against Collins could be thrown out through a hold harmless agreement if the county prosecutor agrees to drop the case.
