House District 116 runoff election set for Tuesday

BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - Harrison County voters in state House District 116 will head to the polls Tuesday to pick their next representative. The winner replaces Steven Palazzo, who was elected to Congress in November.

Voters will choose between Jim Atchison and Casey Eure.

According to WLBT, the winner will serve the remainder of Palazzo's 4-year term, which runs through the end of this year.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Atchison owns of a Biloxi real estate company and Eure is a Biloxi business owner.
