Man's body found under his house after 15 years missing

Posted: Updated:

SENATOBIA, MS (WLBT) - The mystery of a North Mississippi man missing for more than a decade is partially solved.

His bones were found underneath his home, but still no one knows exactly what happened to him.

Charlie Williams disappeared 15-years-ago. Williams lived in a house in Senatobia with his wife, children and grandchildren.

His wife, who continued living in the house, died two months ago. The house went into foreclosure, and an investor bought it. The home buyer started renovations on the house. Then on Wednesday night construction workers found Williams' body in a hole, in the floor of a front room.

The coroner is now trying to determine exactly how Charlie Williams died.
