Arnie Hederman unamimously elected State Rep. Party Chairman

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The Mississippi Republican party unanimously chooses a new leader.

Saturday the party's executive committee elected Arnie Hederman State Republican Party Chairman. The Jackson resident fills the seat left vacant by outgoing chairman Brad White.

The 21-year political veteran is president of Hederman Group, a political consulting and government relations firm.

In 2003 Hederman served as Deputy Campaign Director for Governor Haley Barbour's election. He has also served as state republican party treasurer.
