Former JPD officer faces up to 75 years for molestation

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A former Jackson Police Officer faces up to 75 years in prison on sexual molestation charges.

Fifty-two year-old Jeffrey Webb Sr., was found guilty by a Hinds County jury on charges of sexual battery, gratification of lust, and statutory rape.

According to Assistant District Attorney Jamie McBride, Webb raped his girlfriend's 14 year-old daughter.

Sentencing is set for February 18th.
