MADISON COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Madison Police respond to an accident involving a school bus.
It happened just before three Friday afternoon on Reunion Boulevard just north of Carrick Avenue inside the Reunion Subdivision.
Investigators say a UPS delivery truck struck a first student school bus from behind. The bus was stopping to drop off a child and the driver says his warning equipment was on.
Four students were injured and released to their parents at the scene.
The UPS driver stated his foot slipped off the brake and on to the accelerator. The accident remains under investigation.
