Funeral services held for those killed in school bus crash

ACKERMAN, MS (WLBT) - Funeral services were held Saturday for the three adults killed in a violent school bus crash in north Mississippi.

The funeral for Ackerman High School football and golf coach Steven Moss was held at the school gymnasium Saturday morning.

Services for special needs teacher Phyllis Graham were held at First Baptist Church in Europa. The driver of the 18-wheeler, Gary Bailey, was laid to rest Saturday in Baldwin.

The crash happened Tuesday afternoon on the Yalobusha Bridge on Highway 9 in Calhoun County. Authorities say the tractor trailer slammed head on into the school bus. Sixty-two seniors and five staff members from Ackerman High School were returning from Career Day at Ole Miss.
