
1. 3lb peeled shrimp. marinate in 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. 2ozs of lemon zest and marinate over night.
2. Take marinated shrimp and add 3 beaten eggs and mix
3. Place 2lbs of flour in a brown grocery bag. place shrimp in bag of unseasoned flour and shake.
4. Place 1lb of shrimp at a time in an egg wash (8 eggs & 1qt. of milk and mix well). 4lbs of pankco bread crumbs and 3 tablespoon of seasoning of any brand. Dip shrimp in batter then in bread crumbs.
5. Fry until golden brown
