Body discovered floating in the Mississippi Sound - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS
BILOXI, MS (WLOX) – Biloxi Police blocked off a section of the sand beach Sunday afternoon, so they could investigate an apparent drowning.
A body was discovered a short time ago in the water across from Miramar Park.
Police tell WLOX News that people walking on the beach noticed what they thought was a dolphin about 100 feet out in the water. When they got closer, they noticed shoes, and realized it was a person, and not a dolphin that had drowned.
