Two more arrests in Madison 'carjacking'

MADISON, MS (WLBT) - We have new information in Tuesday's carjacking at a Madison Burger King. Two other people have been arrested. They are brother and sister. One of them is the Burger King manager.

She is 27 year old Candice Spivey of Jackson. Right now she is being charged with one count of embezzlement.

The other person arrested is 30 year old Christopher Spivey. He's charged with one count of accessory before the fact and one count of armed carjacking.

Also charged are 19-Year-Old Demarius Graham, and a  15-Year-Old unnamed  suspect.

Graham is charged with carjacking.  The 15-Year-Old is charged with carjacking, leaving the scene of an accident, no drivers license and no insurance. His case will go to youth court.

The Spiveys who are siblings, and Graham had their initial appearance in Madison court today.

The Spiveys received 500 Thousand dollar bonds, Graham received 600 Thousand.

The teens led police on a chase in the Madison area. They were later apprehended.

We have confirmed that the bank deposit, $2,737.67 has not been recovered.
