Man found dead near railroad tracks in Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (AP) - Authorities are investigating the death of an 18-year-old man whose body was found near some railroad tracks in Tupelo.

Lee County Coroner Carolyn Gillentine-Green identified the victim on Thursday as James Kelly Jr. of Tupelo.

Police say it appears that Kelly may have been struck by a train.
