JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – There were some terrifying moments Saturday for workers at a Jackson fast food restaurant when they were forced to the back of the store at gunpoint.
The Wendy's restaurant at 3005 Terry Road was robbed shortly before eight p.m. Saturday.
According to Jackson Police Officer Colendula Green, a man wearing a hoodie and black scarf entered the business with a gun.
The robber ordered all five employees to the back while he raided the cash register and safe.
No shots were fired.
Witnesses told police that he fled the scene running west behind the store.
Investigators say there is surveillance video which may assist in the case.
No arrests have been made.
