JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – The grand opening of Toot, Teach and Roll was held in Jackson Wednesday. It's a mobile learning lab that brings the classroom directly to those with a desire to learn.

The bus travels around the city supporting and promoting academic success for people of all ages.

Andrea Jones, a former classroom educator, is the founder.
