HATTIESBURG, MS (AP) - Another shooting victim has filed suit against Remington's Hunt Club.
Twenty-one-year- old Bobby Ray Moffett of Laurel was also shot in the club parking lot February 27th.
According to the lawsuit, nightclub security officers failed to provide a reasonably safe environment for customers.
Moffett is seeking $42 million in damages.
Earlier, former USM football player Martez Smith filed suit for $87 million after being paralyzed in a shooting at the club last fall.
