Warm, clear weather ahead for the week

Posted: Updated:

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Plenty of warm weather will stick around for Tuesday, highs are expected to climb into the mid 80s. A Lake Wind Advisory in effect for portions of Arkansas and Louisiana will stop just short of Mississippi. However, we'll still have very breezy conditions in our neck of the woods. Winds will move steadily, especially in the afternoon hours, 10-20mph. Tuesday night, a few scattered clouds will accompany temps falling into the lower 60s. Wednesday, the warmer than usual pattern continues as temps push right back into the 80s again.
