Two Jackson Blockbuster Video stores closing

Blockbuster at 6059 Old Canton Road

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Two Northeast Jackson Blockbuster Video stores have closed and are selling off their inventory.

The stores at 1220 Northside Drive and 6059 Old Canton Road closed their doors Monday, and reopened today for a liquidation sale.

Workers at the Old Canton Road store referred questions about the closings to G. T. Management of Jonesboro, Arkansas, but we couldn't reach them for comment.

Blockbuster stores in Clinton, Flowood, Brandon, Madison and Richland are not affected.
