This new development. Jackson Police release surveillance video of the suspect inside the Jasco station on Terry Road.
The suspect is seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark, baggy shorts. Just moments before the mother pulls up in her vehicle, this man walks into the Jasco, makes a purchase and walks out.
He then puts on a hoodie he has stashed outside the store. The Ford Expedition parks along side the pump and the driver walks into the store.
In just a matter of seconds, the mother comes out and discovers her child and vehicle are gone.
