Clear day filled with sunshine ahead

Posted: Updated:
JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A tremendous amount of sunshine will be the main weather pattern for today; and it won't be a 'hot' day either. Mild conditions with a very active breeze from the south will make for a nice spring day. Expect highs in the mid 70s, lows in the 50s. Tomorrow we'll stay under the influence of high pressure from the south east and stay sunny with rising temps. By Friday we'll be in the mid 80s; and we may start talking about heat index in the 90s. Chances of rain are looking dismal until Sunday evening.
