Accident slows traffic on Highway 49

RANKIN COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A wreck on Highway 49 South in Rankin County is slowing traffic. It occurred around 3:30 on Hwy 49 just south of Monmouth Road.

An 18 wheeler is on its side in the median.

All lanes are open, but traffic has slowed in the southbound lanes.
