Miss. woman charged with falsely accepting storm aid

MONROE COUNTY (Mississippi News Now) -

A North Mississippi woman is charged with accepting storm aid that she was not due.

Investigators say 43 Arnita James of Nettleton was arrested Tuesday and booked on a count of Fraudulent Use of Identity.

According to authorities, James' home was miles from the path of the storm and not damaged at all.
