Accident kills Cleveland man

ATTALA COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A single vehicle accident turned deadly in Attala County Thursday.

It happened off Highway 35 North.

Kosy Online tells WLBT authorities responded to the scene of an accident where they found a silver Toyota Titan pickup down a steep embankment.

The rear of the truck was in a small creek with the front end facing skyward.

37 year old Rodney Richardson from Cleveland, Mississippi had been ejected from the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The state highway patrol is investigating the cause.
