Ergon officials have confirmed to WLBT News that the levee they built next to Diamond Jacks Casino has failed.

They say they were prepared for that and have simply moved further up the hill. No one was injured and it is not a major concern.

The levee was being constructed May 9th when WLBT first showed it being built.
