
Combine sugar, vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire, and water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Add peaches and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
To peach mixture, add ginger, red pepper flakes, onion and raisins. Cook gently until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Cover and refrigerate. Wonderful with turkey, ham or game. *adapted from a recipe in come on in!
