
Indoor Grilled Shish Kabobs
Great way to included vegetables in a meal. Brushing them with the olive oil assists the seasoning to sticking to the vegetables.
1 cup small gourmet potatoes, cooked and sliced in half.
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
1 onion, cut into 1 inch squares
1 cup grape tomatoes
Olive Oil
Tony Chachere's original Creole seasoning
Black Pepper if desired
Soak wooden skewers in water. Skewer vegetables on wooden skewers. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with tony chachere's creole seasoning and black pepper. Place on grill until onions are soft basting with the olive oil.
