Vicksburg woman arrested for stabbing

Vicksburg Police arrested a woman in connection to a stabbing Tuesday.

44 year old Annette Scott was charged with murder and was being held in the Warren County jail without bond, Tuesday night.

Investigators said Scott stabbed 45-year-old Michael Smith during a verbal altercation that turned physical.

Smith was face down in the hallway of a home in the 29-hundred block of Arcadia Place when officers arrived.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
