
Ingredients:
In a large pot cook penne pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. In a large bowl combine pasta, peppers, green onions, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken and toss with vinaigrette until evenly coated.
Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8.
*Lemon vinaigrette
Whisk all ingredients in bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper. (can be made 1 day ahead. Chill. Bring to room temperature before using.)
