The search continues for the gunman who opened fire injuring a Jackson man Saturday morning.
Jackson Police Officer Colendula Green says the shooting happened around 11:30 in the 38 hundred block of Bailey Avenue.
According to Green, 25-year-old Bayon Gallion was shot twice. Gallion told investigators that he was leaving a store when he approached a man about buying a t-shirt.
Gallion and the unidentified man got into an argument, while running away Gallion was shot in the left hip and right arm.
He was taken to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.
